Levin Furniture Brings the Excitement Back to Learning Programs

Employee engagement is always a challenge. In retail, it is even more challenging than most industries because of factors like: time restraints, lack of computers, limited computer skills, remote store locations, and lack of classroom training capability.

The Learning and Development (L&D) team at Levin decided they needed to not only re-think their training program but also promote the program and get employees excited about training again.

In this session we’ll discuss how Levin created a customized and blended training program specific to each role and were able to create a learning environment at work or at home, should the employee choose that. In addition, we’ll discuss how to create and maintain training environments in remote locations to keep employees engaged and excited.
