Janna Bradt, Talent Marketing Manager

As the Talent Marketing Manager for Daxko, Janna Bradt is responsible for communicating the value of Daxko’s culture to team members, candidates, shareholders, the local community, and the software industry. She works closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to run recruiting campaigns that support Daxko’s employer brand, and she manages Daxko’s Culture Blog. Janna has been at Daxko for 4 years and has held many roles within the company, including Senior Software Trainer. Her love for Daxko’s vibrant culture and company-wide focus on team member development inspired her transition to her current role of Talent Marketing Manager.
